- Orders are processed Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. Our standard method of shipping is FedEx Express. Please note shipping times can vary based on holidays and special events on campus. We strive to pack and ship orders within 24 hours of placement whenever possible. Keep in mind that the first week of class each semester is our busiest time and we are often 24 – 48 hours behind with processing orders during that week. If the option to purchase your books in person is available that is always the quickest option.

- We only ship within the United States.

- Upon submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimate of the total cost of your order based on the selections you have made. This acknowledgment does not represent a charge to your account only that we have received your order. Keep in mind that the total dollar amount of your items can change depending on whether you grant permission to substitute items (such as a New book for a Used book). In the event that we do not have the chosen format in stock and permission to substitute has not been granted we will cancel the specific item(s) from your order.

- Depending on whether you selected to pick up your order in person or to ship it, you will receive one of two email notifications. At this point you will be charged only for the items that were packed as part of this order. If picking up your order in person, you will receive an Order Pick Up Confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pick up according to the Pick Up in Store guidelines listed below. If you selected to have your order shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Items that are out of stock at the time your order is placed will go into a Backorder status. You will not be charged for items that are backordered until they arrive.



- Pendleton Campus: There is no charge to pick up your order at the Pendleton campus or any of our satellite campuses. You will receive an Order Pick Up Notification by email once your order has been packed and is ready for pick up. Pick up is available during our regular business hours. Around the first month of the semester orders can be picked up from the Bookstore on the lower level of the Student Success Center. For the rest of the semester order can be picked from the Campus Store location on the second floor of the Student Success Center. For orders needing pick up outside of regular business hours, please email [email protected].

- Campuses other than Pendleton: After receiving the Order Pick Up Notification email communicating that your order is ready for pick up, please allow an additional business day for your order to travel to the appropriate campus. The email notification includes the contact number for each campus if you want to confirm its arrival before picking up.


Orders are shipped via FedEx Express. The base shipping rate is $25.00 for orders up to $100.00. After the initial $100.00 an additional smaller fee is applied based on the total value of the order.
$100.01 - $300.00: $3.90
$300.01 – $400.00: $5.20
$400.01 - $500.00: $6.50
And so on… (For each $100.00 increment beginning at $300.01 the shipping cost increases by $1.30. So for an order totaling $325.00, the shipping charge is an additional $30.20)
Because we use FedEx delivery to a P.O. Box is not possible. If you are having your order shipped to an apartment complex, be sure to include your Apt# or Unit# as part of your address.


- In the event that we are out of any items included as part of your order you will receive an Items on Backorder email notifying you of which items we are out of stock on. We will continue to try and get those items to complete your order unless we are otherwise notified. Once the backordered items arrive, we will pack your order and you will receive a new Order Pick Up Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email (based on your selection). This is the point when you will be charged for the backordered items. Backorders being shipped via FedEx may result in additional shipping charges. Please contact us if you would like us to change the delivery method from Shipping to Pick Up in Store.

- If we are not able to get a product that has been backordered we will notify you and cancel that item from your order. There will not be a charge for an item we are unable to get.


1. You must have your original receipt as proof of purchase.
2. All returns will be refunded in the manner in which they were purchased.
3. All items being returned must be in original condition, to be determined by Campus Store Staff. (Wrapped packages must be in original, unbroken wrapping. Unwrapped “New” books cannot be written or highlighted in, have dog-eared pages, no odors, etc.)
4. Returns will not be taken after 7 Business Days. Please note that online purchases cannot be refunded until the next business day after the order has been packed. Items purchased using Financial Aid cannot be refunded after the Financial Aid period has ended.
5. Electronics and lab coats are non refundable.
